In addition, Savannah is continually updating her photo booth templates and backdrops so her customers have a variety of options to choose from to make their event as customizable as possible. With regards to the photo booth itself, the setup is quite fast and simple. It does not take up as much space as other photo booths I've seen. In addition, the quality of the photos are incomparable. It was easy talking to their Client Management team (Spencer then Todd) on figuring out the package I want for my wedding. As mentioned by another reviewer, they do have a lot of choices for the backdrop. I initially had a hard time choosing among them. Chelsey (their designer) did a good job in customizing the frame for our pictures. My original wedding date in May 2020 got postponed to Sept 2021, and there was no issues with ShutterBooth team getting back as if no time has passed since we last went over the details of my plans. Our guests had a wonderful time taking pictures with their props. It was definitely popular. Julie who manned the booth did a wonderful job. At the end of the night, she gave me the album with all the pictures and the written messages from the guests. It is a great and thoughtful souvenir from the event!
