When we turned on our sprinkler system and discovered the water bubbling and spouting out at the post where it had been broken, I called Ammons to make them aware. After a week of trying to get some answers, they absolutely refused to fix my sprinkler system.

They ended up being delayed due to Covid but this possibility was communicated to us during the initial consultation, so we were not surprised. Cody Harper was our installer. He did an excellent job. Showed up on time, left the home in great shape, took old blinds to be disposed of. I was disappointed but agreed to mount on the wood window molding, losing that framed window look. Josh the installer assumed it was mounted on the inside metal and proceeded to mount it that way. It looked great except it was now 2" too long and 4" too wide. I agreed that Josh could take it off and mount on the molding since that was our original plan. I just wish Nichole had a better understanding of her products and installation.
