I went to OS Design Group and Peter Oleck to help complete certain parts of my home. He ordered…read morethree sofa's, two floating shelves, a painting and faux shrubs for my rooftop. He recommended I have the sofa's and floating shelves made in Portugal by a company he works with who he swore by. I trusted Peter's expertise to draw up and manufacture sofa's that would fit the room and made like the inspiration pictures we picked out and comfort we discussed. Every single item that Peter designed and did in my home was wrong and either not to scale for the room, or was made wrong by the manufacturer based on our conversations, inspiration pictures and diagrams. Also the floating shelves were not installed correctly and are coming off the wall along with the plaster. The painting is also too small for the wall it was meant for and the shrubs on the rooftop are completely damaged and not the correct height. When complaining about the quality and workmanship of all, Peter would not take any responsibility other than for one sofa and promised me he would try to sell 2 of the sofa's to existing clients. To this day, I am living with furniture that I hate, that doesn't fit the room, and is not what we discussed or I paid for. I tried to resolve this originally and when Peter tried putting new fill in one of the sofa's, it still was nothing like I had ordered. He then wanted me to give him more money for his design work and final payment for two chairs still on order. I would not throw good money after bad and recently reached out again to Peter to make things right. He did not respond. Unfortunately I learned a very costly lesson. Working with OS Design was a complete nightmare that I am paying for to this day.
