Sometimes they're not there or they don't answer the phone, it's one or the other. I also had a problem with my vehicle, they tinted the back and broke the rear window defroster, which wasn't that big of a deal but I've had other cars tinted and no defroster was broken, so that was kind of a bummer. For the price, it was alright price, I'd much rather pay a little more to go somewhere else though.
