I have come here for physical therapy (PT) after a shoulder injury and I'm now going for PT to…read morerecover from an ACL reconstruction surgery. The shoulder injury was years ago so I'll be speaking on my experience so far with the ACL recovery process. When you walk in, there's a small waiting area enclosed by a partition and a window where you pay and check in. When you head back, you're greeted by Jeff, who is the physical therapist. Jeff, as well as everyone else there is very friendly and accommodating. He does a great job of showing you what to do, encourages questions, and does his best to ensure your comfort. Overall, no issues whatsoever. Just a nice guy who's good at his job. As for cleanliness and quality of equipment, I found nothing but good things. Jeff cleans the tables himself after each patient leaves and puts a fresh paper pillowcase on pillows for each patient. The rest of the facility is very clean. No dust or cobwebs, nothing broken or worn. The machines are all in good condition as well. As for who goes to see Jeff, while I've been there, it's been mostly older patients (40+), but I go during the day and school isn't out yet for high schools in the area. I'm an athlete in college and I have no issues here. Jeff was a wrestler when he was younger and knows that athletes want to get back to their sport as quickly as possible. Making appointments is easy and if you need to reschedule they are very accommodating.

He's style of treatment is different from most chiros. Every time I've been in for an injury I got a follow up call from him to see how I'm feeling. How many Drs do that them-self. He does try and sell you on a package and 3x a week for the rest of your life. He make a recommendation based on the individual patient. He understands the importance of getting you back feeling good not being dependent on him. He knows his stuff you can tell he's the type of dr always looking to improve his own knowledge. I have been going I have been going to FYZICAL Therapy for over a year…read more I came in with chronic pain in most of my joints. After a thoroughly evaluation and exam, they went to work. In each session they zoomed in on a specific joint and worked on it thoroughly throughout the visit. You always get one-on-one with the therapist. They seem to know exactly what to do and how to do it. Through their extensive (and sometimes hard ) work I've regained 98% of my mobility Care and quality were beyond expectations . By the time I completed my therapy, I had become friends with them, and they had become friends with me, but they always maintained their professionalism.
