I took 17 shirts to this Elite Cleaners, nice man, but the pressing on the shirts was not good at all. I do not recommend this place if you want your shirts pressed with military creases. read more

Excellent service. Friendly staff and great job. Always clean when I go in there. Owner super friendly. I take all my family's dry cleaning there and received back in a very timely manner. Clothes always dry cleaned and pressed nicely. I appreciate the quick turn around too. Very good local neighborhood dry cleaner. I highly recommend everyone give Elite Cleaners a try. Prices are reasonable as well. I took a favorite blouse in there that I spilled coffee on and fortunately they were able to rescue my blouse when I had tried everything under the rainbow myself and was not able to get the tough stain out. Definitely will be going to continue with their services. I like their location as well. I would definitely recommend them. I also like when walking in staff acknowledges you as if they have known you your entire life. Very welcoming staff. I had an incident that I was not able to arrive to the cleaners before they close and the owner bless him offered to drop them off on his way home. I could not believe it. What a beautiful gesture and considering I needed the clothes for an out of town wedding the very next day. People and especially a business does not offer to do such things these days and in reality it is not part of their services so truly he did not need nor have to do that however out of the kindness of his heart he chose to do so. Sometimes my husband drops off and I wasn't sure if my order would be ready but I stopped by this morning to check. I also had some more items to drop off. It wasn't quite ready so Maria said to come back after 3. My husband was out already so I called at 1:30 to see if they were ready, Maria said everything, even the items I had dropped off that morning, was ready!! When I moved away from the neighborhood near Polk and Herdon, I tried 4 different dry cleaners and couldn't find any that would have my clothes back the same day, and at way way way lower than other places. So for the past four years, I've driven accross town to drop off my cleaning, and it's the best drive I make all week. Thanks Elite!! I have been taking my laundry here for 15+ years. Gone through a few owners. Recently I received a call that one of my uniform shirts had been ruined. The owner wanted me to purchase a new shirt without patches (my old ones were salvageable), and bring him the receipt. He would have the old ones sewn on and reimburse me. I like to support small business. The ruined shirt was a new Flying Cross ($110), however I have been wanting to try a 5.11. When I went to purchase the 5.11, it was $56 out the door. When I dropped off the shirt I confirmed the would follow the cleaning instructions on the shirt. I stated I want no starch and heavy press. A little over a week goes by, nothing. I call and the kid on the line says its ready, I ask about reimbursement, he will speak to the owner. When I get there the guy hands me $48. I say you guaranty next day service, your not taking into consideration my inconvenience. He says, this is what the owner told me to do. I checked the shirt, it did not appear to have been cleaned, the patches were sewn on correctly. I get home show my wife, who notes there are fold lines from the shirt being packed and shipped. The shirt doesn't look cleaned and pressed. There are loose strings of thread all over the shirt and I notice there is no tag from the cleaners attached to the inside of the garment. I tried to save this guy some money, in turn I got charged for waiting and in the end paid for service which was not provided. read more

I got on here to check their hours before I picked up/dropped off and I was surprised by the other review. I will admit when they switched ownership a few years ago I was a little worried because the previous owner was sooo awesome. But the new owner is awesome too and I have only had a positive experience. They're fast (for me, I never need anything rushed though), price is great and their work is great. read more
