II hired them to do a 28 square-foot backsplash. The job was subpar and I constantly had to check on the work to QC it. When I called Tom to report some of the issues, he asked me if I had communicated with the installer and to check on things to make sure they were being done to my satisfaction. What!? That isn't why you hire a professional company. You trust that people are qualified to do the quality job they present themselves to be able to do. The installer also did not respect my home. I just had new floors, countertops, and cabinets installed. No protection was put down on my floor nor my countertops. There was grout all over my new quartz countertops as well as my cabinets. It was a struggle to get everything cleaned, and I also had to vacuum up all the debris and dust he left behind. It took me an hour and a half to clean up the mess left behind by the I am very disappointed and frustrated with the entire situation. Tom did not want to assume any responsibility for the poor workmanship l, all he wanted to do was blame the customer. Not good customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

West Shore installed new windows for me last year, I just opened them for the first time this year…read moreand noticed a screen had separated from its frame. It took them 5 attempts to get the correct size screens for the window frames, they brought new screens each time. That should have been my first clue of their shoddy quality control but I let it go. I called West Shore since they told me they have a lifetime warranty when I bought them but now they tell me that is for parts only and I will have to pay a minimum of $125 labor! I absolutely do not recommend this company and their hidden charges.
