This lady stole $600 from me. Definitely don't recommend Had to involve authorities and file report because she is unprofessional and doesn't take her clients time seriously. Always stood me up for appointments and never confirmed. Please don't waste your time, go somewhere else. She is not good at her job! read more

I started my business in 1999 when only massage was being offered as well as marketing. Over the years we have since expanded our services through continual training and new areas of experience. We now offer laser hair & tattoo removal, chemical peels as well as several other services.

What drives me the most is keeping my clients happy and making sure that I am personally available; as much as possible, to answer any questions or concerns they might have no matter what time 24/7. I wasn't going to cancel overall, I just didn't want this on my credit report since I was purchasing a new vehicle and was going to get the package under my mother's credit instead. I called and the manager agreed to process the refund and we set the appointment for my mom to go instead. Before my mom's appointment, I get a call from the same manager and she tells me they denied my refund request until my mom applies for credit. At this point I felt like I was getting blackmailed. When I questioned the integrity of this she basically said to take it up with customer service if I don't like it since the contract is "non-refundable" (mind you I have not gotten my first laser service yet.) So I did exactly what she said and the customer resolution lady was shocked they blackmailed me and helped me resolve the refund. If they would have acted in good faith they still would have had a paying customer.
