I wasn't going to cancel overall, I just didn't want this on my credit report since I was purchasing a new vehicle and was going to get the package under my mother's credit instead. I called and the manager agreed to process the refund and we set the appointment for my mom to go instead. Before my mom's appointment, I get a call from the same manager and she tells me they denied my refund request until my mom applies for credit. At this point I felt like I was getting blackmailed. When I questioned the integrity of this she basically said to take it up with customer service if I don't like it since the contract is "non-refundable" (mind you I have not gotten my first laser service yet.) So I did exactly what she said and the customer resolution lady was shocked they blackmailed me and helped me resolve the refund. If they would have acted in good faith they still would have had a paying customer.

I'm not sure if they're like that with everyone, or if it's because I'm a male, but honestly, if it was that the actual people doing my treatment were amazing, I'd be giving them a lower rating because I always feel unwelcome walking in.
