He told me on the first occasion that the doctor was not taking referrals, but he would refer me to another doctor. I called again on October 2nd and reached Orlando again. He told me that the doctor had not picked up the referral and I asked him when I would hear back? He said, "probably another week.....you know how doctors are." I told him, "What happens if someone is in crisis?" He responded, "Sir, if you don't like it, go somewhere else!" I told him he was very rude and an asshole." He asked if I was yelling at him....I told him "Yes, and you can hang up now." He complied and hung up. If you need therapy, I recommend you DO NOT contact this office. They will not help you in your crisis. I would give them 0 stars if that is possible.

Until my child turned 6 and started experiencing anxiety at school; my child's grades have always been outstanding my only issue was that after finishing her work she would hide to get away from the other children. I finally was introduced to Elite DNA and my child & I had an appointment relatively soon thru Skype. The psychiatrist was able to diagnose her based on the symptoms and what she was visually noticing during our call. As a parent I was devastated (Cried and All) but deep down I always knew. No personal message thanking me for my business or any reassurance it they were working on it. At 4 weeks yet again I reached out to inquire when I would receive my report. I received it the next day and while the report was somewhat detailed, what I found annoying is the lack of response from whomever takes care of inquiries for the site. There was no personal note acknowledging or apologizing for not getting me the report on time. Given this is likely a computer generated report(an expensive one at that) without any personal input from the doctor, I find the lack of customer service a turn-off.

do not go!!!! worse…read moreexperience of my life!!! i was forced to put a star in order to post this lost approximately 50% of my hearing due to the fact that i was not verbally told that ear protecting devices of at least 30%db must be worn for every session. not only was i not told but it was required for the sessions! saw the psychiatrist initially, 30 minutes.....she did the mapping the next week on me and then she left the room and her office staff did all the other sessions over many weeks. towards the very end of the program i began to have what i thought were minor hearing distortions by the end, i was having a horrible time hearing anyone. my husband and i met with the psychiatrist to go over results (not great), and to ask about the hearing loss. she nodded and said it can happen. hmmmm! as a psychiatrist she very nicely wanted to know how i felt about it. i said i am very angry. she nodded. i have been seen by manatee ent and audiologist. confirming i have approximatey a hearing loss of 50% in both ears. this is my experience and i regret every minute that i was a greenbrook tms center. now i am really in bad shape psychologically, emotionally and physically. if you choose to go then please, please protect your hearing.
