You can schedule a consultation and then receive a package tailored to meet your skin needs. The atmosphere is serene and modern. The staff is friendly and cordial. I personally love getting my facials by Alyssa. She is sweet, knowledgeable, and sincerely cares about doing a good job. She is one of the reasons I keep coming back. I truly enjoy getting my facials from her. I've done several facials including Cool Restore which is one of my favorite ones, also Hydrodermabrasion with Chemical Peels (mild peels), and Microdermabrasion with pore minimizing. Today I walked into Elite Facials with a girlfriend of mine, and was greeted by the loveliest, kind, inviting Gal at the front desk. Which was abruptly cut short due to a gentleman who worked there. We asked what skincare line and products they use with their facials. (To the front desk) to which the gentleman BEHIND us started shouting how it doesn't matter what skin care line they use because they are based off of results... I was in the skincare industry for many years and recently changed careers, and let me tell you. YES IT DOES! I'm sure some of the services are great however, the thought of dealing with that again makes me want to eat a jean jacket. Furthermore he just kept shouting buzz words that we genuinely did not have any concern to listen to. For lack of better words this man was annoying, intrusive, and all together a buzzkill. Looked like such a lovely place but the guard dog with his feet on the furniture unfortunately cut our visit VERY short. They left Walnut Creek and opened under this salon for a reason, most likely because they lie to their customers and use bate and switch sales tactics along with deception, and high pressure sales tactics. On your first visit they use high pressure sales to try to sell you an expensive package of facials. They also run specials from time to time. But this is not my main complaint. My first facial was great. But I did not buy a package. My husband loved mine so much he went in and had a facial and bought a package. His first one, again very good. But after that, not so good until he had Rosie. He had given me one of his facials before meeting Rosie. I called, when booking, they said I could use it for the one I had before but when I went in it was a different story. Could only get the one my husband got although they are the same price! Tried it. Not so good. Then my husband had Rosie do one. Loved her. Great facial. They ran a July 4th special $89 Oxygen. So I booked online with Rosie two days out. Went in, oh boy. What a story! She had an emergency so they wanted to give me someone else. I said no. I'll reschedule. The receptionist said she's out of the country until August. But I booked two days ago? She'd had to book a flight. They had to of known she wasn't there before I booked. Oh no, this just happened. An emergency! No one called me to let me know? I said I want to wait for her. I'll come back when she's back in town. The girl was fine with that. No charge she said. Ok. I left. 20 minutes later I get a phone call from the male manager. He was going to charge me half for canceling. Their policy! Wait a minute. I explained the conversation with the front desk girl. He went on; Rosie had an emergency this morning. I said bull-shit. She went out of the country and you knew this before I booked and your site booked her anyway. Then it was, he's not going to discuss employee's with me. And oh my god, adult language! His sensitive ears! Then it was, "you've never booked with her before."Me:" Ya, so what? My husband did and told me to book with her. I want her. You knew she was out of the country yet still booked her. I'm not paying half. I'm not paying anything. I don't want anyone but her. I'll wait," After a lengthy argument, he finally said no charge and he wanted to give me a "free Oxygen facial" in a week with someone else. Said I'd think about it. Called my husband. He said Rosie had told him she was leaving for Europe to see her father weeks go. Thought she had come back. He has a facial booked with her in mid July. Again, remember she gone until August. I went back to the salon. Talked to the manager. What a Honey! This guy is, so full of it. Used every BS tactic ever invented and then some. Don't you just love it when they say "keep your voice down!" I'm in my late 60's, hard of hearing. I talk loud. He just didn't want any of his customers to know what a peace of work he is and how he treats people who catch him in lies. And yes, I told him "he lied to me."Of course it was the old "I made a mistake and thought you were taking about a different employee, one who just happened to get sick today. Ya right. Lie after lie! He said he wasn't going to apologize again, and there'd be no charge. Ending; I told him I'd never use his services again. I don't want his freebie. He uses bate and switch tactics and is a lier. I'd better not get a charge on my credit card and he better treat my husband right and rebook my husband with Rosie when she comes back. Told him to change my husband's July appointment to when he can se Rosie. He said he'd call him. Wtf. So please, be careful with this business. This manager is a peace of shit - Asshole to the highest order, and uses every deceitful tactic known to man to sway the conversation in his favor - A Honey! read more

I love, love, love this place! The atmosphere is pristine, modern and very welcoming. There are many "treatment" selections and services available. From the moment I enter the salon until l leave I feel pampered and special by the entire staff. Not to mention looking and feeling refreshed after my visit. The owner Nadie is a charming delightful man.... whose goal is to indulge his clients with the best the industry has to offer or a simple facial. The choice is entirely up to the individual. I would not recommend this spa based on my experience. I went in for a facial, which was fine, but at the end they sold me a package of facials and gave me two "free" product samples. I agreed at the time, but when I got home and researched the facial regimen they recommended, I realized it could be harmful to my health due to having some metal in my jaw--which they never asked about during the consultation. Had I gone ahead with it, I could have had serious damage. I immediately called and returned the unused samples. They didn't even check if they had been opened, but still told me they would charge $299 for one of the so-called "free" items--just because I didn't have the original box. For the record, they never gave me the box in the first place because it "wouldn't fit in the bag" with the other product. To make matters worse, I later saw the same product online for under $100. I feel completely ripped off. The lack of transparency, disregard for customer safety, and aggressive pricing tactics left a very bad impression. Emily and Nadie have been messing me around for several months now, saying they would refund me directly if I withdrew my dispute with my credit card, which I did last November. Maria is amazing and so sweet and funny! Loved how informative she was! I can get a bit claustrophobic with the light mask as well as get a little anxious each time I try something new and she was very understanding and comforting. My skin is glowing after getting the cold sculpting ! I even bought an amazing package deal that I could use every two weeks up to my wedding this August. I am 33 and have developed 11 lines on my forward and my neck is unfortunately starting to be crepey. I don't do Botox, yet haha, but I can tell this really plumped up and firmed my skin and can't wait to get to my other appointments! Just read some of the recent reviews and want to say that the staff did consistently (2-3 times?) bring up the special and also informed me about the payment plan (up to 12 month plan is free of interest!!). I think this can come across as pushy if someone has an inner voice telling them they're obligated but I saw it moreso as the team being informative and making sure I understood the deal. This is a place for self care and obviously the more you do these treatments the better the results. I will say I only had today to make a decision of the package of 5 treatments which naturally puts you on the spot and this might not be for everyone. I think it's a good deal and I have an important date coming up so it made sense for me and I am glad they mentioned it twice. If the shoe doesn't fit for you just pass on it. This place does really reasonable promotions otherwise I wouldn't necessarily be able to afford coming here. Also! A facial and these treatments can only do so much if you're not doing other preventative work. Reception was really nice and friendly. Facial was very rushed. Online, the treatment says 50 minutes. I was a little bit late to my appointment but was told it wouldn't affect my service. But I was ok with it if it did, it was my fault. However, I walked into the treatment room at 12:39pm and I was done with my service at 1:10 ( I checked my phone after I dressed). That is less than a 30 minute facial. I don't even feel like she used the machine on my whole face. If you add on the time I was late, that still only amounts to 40 minutes. The time she actually spent on my face was probably even less than that as I was allowed a few minutes to undress. When I talked to reception, they told me the service was supposed to be 45 minutes ( but the facial time still falls short). They DID offer me another facial at a discounted rate, which I appreciated. But not really sure if I want to spend any amount here if the quality is the same. Last weekend I took my bestie & daughter to Elite Facials after seeing their ad on FB. I'm so glad to have found this place! We were greeted by the receptionist who was welcoming and friendly. He offered us refreshments & asked us to fill out their forms on an iPad. Dewa was the aesthetician assigned to me and she was fabulous! She chatted just enough & answered my questions and made me feel relaxed. It felt like she knew what she was doing and my skin showed it! My skin felt great and still does! She made suggestions for my skin care but no hard sell which I truly appreciated! My bestie & my daughter had Alyssa and they both loved her and her work. They were both glowing after their facials. I had a microdermabrasion facial & they had the hydrodermabrasion facial. One surprise is that I don't think they put sunscreen on as a last step?! Anyway, it was a sunny day when we left so we put sunscreen before leaving. They may have though, I'm just not sure. My one constructive criticism to bring the feel of great customer service (which was good) up a notch is to have the aestheticians greet the folks in the waiting room when they walk out to the front area. A simple "Good morning!" would be nice, especially because they don't know if those waiting will be their client. They ladies come out from the back & go straight to the front desk ... almost as though no one else is there. I just think the friendly acknowledgment will bring the service level of this spa up. The only thing I didn't like and that made me feel bad was that I felt pressured by the woman who was in charge who made me buy a treatment with 4 promotional sections. I understand that they can offer the packages and products but not to the degree that I felt harassed by it. However, the person who has done the easy ones for me is very nice to me. 8.21.24 It was my first time customer to visit their place for their microdermabrasion and LED promo offer for the month of August. I had a good and a relaxing facial treatment with Alyssa. In my understanding and on their ad that it's supposed to be a 50 minutes treatment but based from my alarm on my iPhone that it only lasted for 30-35 minutes. I was expecting more to have like a low steam to my face which that I had experience from other facial treatment that basically the cost is the same on their promo. There was no collagen serum that was applied on my face. I had a good neck massage from Alyssa and so relaxing but it would be more better if I've got more time for my facial massage to improve more of elasticity. I was offered of their different packages and I bought the 4 microdermabrasion with a LED lights included in the package. I feel like that the person in charge there is not happy that I only got the 4 microdermabrasion package. I asked her on the way out where is the closest way to the parking garage where I parked from their shop and I was surprised that she doesn't know and she told me that she has been working there for 6 years already. Elite is fine if the main goal is to get a facial in a clean, relaxing environment with knowledgeable estheticians. But, buyer beware, the owners/administrative staff engage in hard sell tactics to upgrade your initial facial, or teaser "special price" facial. Granted, skin needs time to improve, but there are many other skincare salons that provide excellent monthly package services at much more reasonable prices. One of the major hooks they use is to include their products "for free" with the upgraded facial services. How much value do they put in their own products when giving them out like candy? Also, you must have the services/products they talk you into specified in writing. Somehow there was a "communication problem" when I was shortchanged. They are so agreeable and you feel so good after a treatment that it's very tempting to agree to their third or fourth version of a "new, improved" deal. I thought that they were on my side and trusted them to be honest. They say a sucker is born every day. I was one, but don't you be one too. I would never recommend Elite Salon to anyone. read more

I showed up 10 mins early for my appointment (as requested) and had my forms filled out a few minutes before the start of the appointment (receptionist was helpful). Then, I waited without any clear understanding of why. The receptionist left during this time, promising it would be "just a few minutes". I understand her shift was probably over. Finally, after a 30 minute wait, the facial technician came out. There was no apology for the extra long wait or even a rationale. They just assumed I had nothing else to do and was happy to wait. Additionally, prior to the facial it was indicated the appointment was 50 mins. My facial was done in under 30 mins (incl. of time to get ready before and after). First of all, she is kind and personable and she always makes sure we are on the same page for what I want done at the appointment. I called the number listed in the email but it's an answering service only and she says she's not able to reach anyone at that location. Wasted 20+ mins driving here and now home in morning traffic.
