This is an honest no bs review. This place deserves 5 stars i booked a last min and they were very accommodating. I came in and asked for a female at the last min as well and the front desk told me when seating me that tip usually $10 dollars but cause its late and lady is tired it would be nice to tip more. I agreed and told her i planned to since they took me in so late. Sally came out to greet me and took me to a station. I ask for the foot massage also since i did come it late i didn't expect a full 60 min massage but Sally was the last one to leave she gave me 60 mins worth and it was heaven for an hour. Been here twice. First experience was bad. Got a woman who had no muscles and wasn't qualified to massage. Second time, I received a great massage, so it really does depend on who you get. Pros: Family owned Friendly On time service Great bang for your buck Cons: They go a bit fast for my liking but that is my personal preference and I was too lazy to ask them to go slower. They are following social distancing and limiting massages to appointment only to control the number of people inside. I went in for the 70 minute full body massage. It was ok. They don't give you a sheet large enough to comfortably cover you when they message your back after asking you to disrobe. Just a regular sized hair towel, not even a large body towel. I had to ask the man to step out of my "curtain room" to disrobe. Not saying he was trying to be weird, but stepping out should be an automatic thing to do. The IRS trick is they only accept cash (HA HA HA) and they DEMAND a 22% tip. They will glare at you at pull out their laminated guidelines of tips per service if you try to tip 15%. I don't know if anyone has told them but tips are optional and based on one's perception of service. It's clean and quite. I'd return if I need a quick foot massage or something, not a body massage. I came to this place a few times before and I always asked for Sam. He knew where my knot in my back was when I didn't even need to tell him. And one time, I had a female masseur there, I just hated it, the pressure was wrong and she complained about the tip was not enough. I called today and asked for Sam, unfortunately he was off. So I asked if they had another male masseur, the owner said yes. I drove over there, waited in the front lobby all by myself for a whole five minutes and still didn't see a person to help me. She didn't understand until someone translated to her, and then she went back inside and started to gossip out loud about me in Chinese. These stupid idiots thought I didn't understand what they said. After a while, they sent a male masseur out and his hands smelled terribly bad with garlic. I could smell it even my nose was covered with my mask. The whole massage was terrible. When he massaged my back, he put oil on my back until the last minute, spread it all over on my back then wiped off with a towel. I always go there to get foot massage. This place has been my favorite one up until now. I went there today and had the worst experience. The massuace gave me too strong pressure even I said it's too hard he still kept doing the same. When he massaged my hands, he flipped it really hard and strong. I thought he wanted to crack my bone or something. Then he started to work on my legs. Once again he grab my foot and pushed them downwards really hard and fast. God! I thought my bone cracked. Here comes the cleaning part, he grabbed hot towel. Its REALLY A HOT TOWEL!!! And put it on my foot. It was way too HOT. I literally said "oh!its too hot!!!" And pulled my legs away. How do you magically have room now...is it because you want to sheist us an extra few bucks and prevent us from using the deal YOU offered? 2. She said service was limited, and her massage therapists could not JUST serve groupon people...are groupon buyers not also consumers? Are you only receiving groupon customers...hmmm, maybe, just maybe, there is a reason you're not attracting other business. I told her that nowhere on the groupon deal did it indicate that there was a quota for the day. What she was telling me was false advertisement. (Here is where she pushed again for me to come in and pay for regular price instead of using the groupon. She did this a total of 6 times in a 10 minute conversation.) 3. She then said "We are working. WE do the work. Groupon does not do the work, so we cannot service groupon people all day."...so I replied, "Yes, and I also work, so that I can BUY a groupon that you offer to use at your facility."...I have NEVER heard any business respond in this way, as if I should thank them profusely for exerting themselves so much in having to serve groupon customers...WHY SELL ANY DEALS IF YOU DON'T LIKE THEM??? My neck is actually still hurting and I went 3 days ago. That took about 20 minutes. After, he massaged my feet which felt great (20 mins). To close up the last 20 minutes, he had me lay on my stomach and massaged my calves, thighs, back. Again a little too much pressure for me. Overall the massage was not too bad. I wasn't expecting a body message. I thought it was solely going to focus my feet. I got a 30 minute massage for $25 and I had him focus only on my neck, shoulders and back. Once done he brought me water and I have him a $3 tip as I went to go pay he followed me and said something to the cashier and she quickly asked me if I could give him more money. When I looked at her with me shocked face she said "$5 minimum tip". I didn't even feel like arguing or setting her straight so I just gave the guy $2 more and he just smiled at me. This place is an oasis! It is located in a sketchy-looking shopping center but once you open the door of that spa, you feel you're in a different place! Groupon had a deal for $25. Make sure to call in early. I made a reservation 1 week in advance. On the day of, they got busy and called to reschedule for next day. I was okay with it, but some customers may not be since time may not be flexible. The massage was great and the masseuse worked hard to make sure the knots on my back were worked on. They put you in a bed that is curtained off. It is not in the common areas where a cheaper foot massage may be. They do ask you to take your top off for the back massage during the last 20 minutes, but if you are not comfortable, you can always deny it or wear a backless top. The purpose is so they can give you an oil massage to work on those knots. I gave them a good tip - 50% since it was relatively cheap and it was for 70 minutes, which is longer than most places. read more

I found out about this place through the Groupon Coupon. Making an appointment was very fast and easy! I was really nervous about getting a massage because I have never been to one; But working multiple jobs, going to school, and keeping up with dance has been taking a toll on my body. I went in on a tuesday at 1230pm and arrived 15 minutes early and they were prepared to take me in and get started. The foot massage was excellent enough to put me to sleep for 20 minutes. But once the foot massage was done i turned over for the oil massage. It seemed more like a deep tissue massage or it could have been the fact that i had been so tense. The 70 minutes was awesome, including the nap. After the massage i was offered water or tea and decided on taking the water. I thought i would get a bottle of water, instead I received a small cup filled half way and slightly lower than room temperature. Overall nice experience.
