Jeremy was wonderful to work with and reasonable on his prices. He always kept his word on the estimate and if he needed to come back and finish something he always did. Always went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the work that he did. As is typical of electricians installing low voltage cable and equipment their work leaves a lot to be desired. I wasn't able to be home when they were doing the install so I wrote down specific instructions of how I wanted everything installed and what needed to be switched on the modem so it would work properly with my own equipment. Not only could they not follow basic instructions of where to put the equipment but THEY DRILLED A HOLE THROUGH THE DINING ROOM FLOOR instead of running the fiber optic cable up along the existing phone cable. Someone who was home at the time mentioned this and the installer said it wouldn't work which is BS as that phone line was installed after the house was finished. The installer just was lazy and didn't give a damn so he went with the easiest route. Now I have an exposed fiber cable IN FRONT OF THE COUNTER in my kitchen. To say I'm pissed is a colossal understatement, as now not only does the equipment need to be moved but the cable run needs to be redone as well as he didn't even leave enough slack for it to properly reach the modem. It's blatantly obvious that you don't train your techs on how to install low-voltage cable and equipment at all, as this install is the most pathetic excuse of a "professional" install that I've ever seen and I've seen multiple rats nests of cables. It's clear that the only reason your company won the bid to complete these installs is that you were the cheapest option and it really shows. To anyone who's looking to have this company install any wired internet or camera systems: RUN FAR AWAY. I'm not even sure I would trust them to properly install electrical equipment if this install is representative of their other work. They're never stepping foot in my house again and now our ISP will have to spend more time and money sending one of their own techs out to fix this mess if I'm not able to fix it myself. To top it off the installer tried to take two pieces of MY EQUIPMENT that is from two brands that our ISP has *NEVER* used for *ANY* of their customers. Thankfully someone who was home stopped him from taking the more important piece but he ended up taking another one with him that I thankfully got back the next day after multiple pissed off phone calls. This whole experience has been a complete shit-show and I will *NEVER* do any business with this company if I can avoid it. And *NEVER, EVER* have an electrician install low-voltage cable, as this is the type of workmanship you can expect from most of them if they aren't trained on how to properly install this type of equipment.

The owner of the property where her coffee shop was called Fulda to have her electrical disconnected. Keep in mind he owned the property and not my wife's business. They came and disconnected power without her permission. Needless to say they had no idea if she needed power to keep product cold and finish up closing her business. In fact they had to cut the locks on her service box. Just so everyone knows who these people are and what their mindset is. My wife wrote a letter to them and told them what happened and how displeased she was. She never heard anything back from them so after a month I called them. The manager had the nerve to say that the letter didn't say anything about expecting an apology so they just blew it off. When you do something wrong like that and have a customer who takes the time to write a letter do you really need them to ask you to apologize or is that just common courtesy and good business. Obviously not for Fulda Electric. Don't do business with this company. They don't even have enough sense to apologize for their stupid mistake.
