It was an old house that's been converted to a hotel. We got a double room in the back which was quiet and decently comfortable. The two women that run it were great as well. One was from the area north of Sollefteå where we were off to and had to know all of that genealogy line. We could very well have been related ;-) alas, no. But very nice!

As the restaurant downstairs was very busy we dined elsewhere but decided to get the dessert back at the hotel.undortunately the waiter made a mistake so we'd to wait an extra 5 minutes, which we would never had noticed if he didn't come to apology. He also offered us complimentary coffe for the trouble. The people at the front desk were just as friendly and helpful and let us keep the room on late checkout, without any extra charge! Very nice stay with very helpful staff. The breakfast area was quite dull and the breakfast was nothing ordinary. Looking forward to my next stay at Quality Hotel in Sundsvall.

We stayed here due to the cancellation of our flight, so the booking was arranged by the airport…read more We arrived around 21.00 and was given the key by a rather bored and not very nice. The doubleroom we were given was small like a shoebox and didn't feel fresh. The bathroom was in need of renovation-brown old tiles on the wall and brown plastic mat on the floor. The 2 stars are in honor of the breakfast guy who-without complaint of the hour (05.30 am)-served us breakfast before our shuttle back to the airport.
