If yo are looking for a simple gel polish application at an unreasonably high price. This is the place to go. Do NOT get a pedicure. My left toenail was healing from being ingrown. I told the tech. Do not touch it, do not cut it. Just apply the polish and nothing else. Before I could say anything she had cut my toenail. Fast forward a few weeks later. I'm in the ER dealing with an ingrown toenail due to how she cut it. I had to have it cut out by the ER doctor. The price is also ridiculous for their level of nail competence. Do NOT go here. If i could give this place 0 stars I would in a heartbeat. I've been here on three separate occasions, and left bleeding EVERY. SINGLE. TIME, but this last visit was the ABSOLUTE WORST. The woman doing my nails was rough and uncaring. She did ask me if I was liking them a few times but other than that she put her headphones in and spoke on the phone to a friend, interrupting my nails to answer calls and to help another customer. Within the first 30 minutes she took a nail file to my pinkie and wound up slicing into me. She had trouble stopping the bleeding, but continued on with filing, all the while I sat there WAITING to be able to get up and wash my hands. As she filed my nails she nicked 6 of my cuticles, not including my painful pinkie. On top of all this the polish job is worse than if I had done it myself, which is saying A LOT, and I asked for almond shape and was given stiletto. I am never visiting ever again, and I'm kind of ashamed that I came here a third time after the other terrible experiences. Paid almost $70 for a full set of ombré acrylics, had to wait almost an hour to even get my nails started at my appointment. Less than a week later, 5 out of 10 nails were cracked, one so badly it broke off!!!! Couldn't wash my hair without gloves on because hairs were getting caught in all my nails! I went to have one nail fixed last evening. The woman who helped me was very rude. I didn't have my full set done there and they didn't have an exact color match to what I had on my other nails which I was ok with, but she told me that I should have just gone to the place that I got them originally done. I explained to her that the place wasn't open. My 10 year old son was with me and had grabbed the color book to show her the color that I had chosen. She pulled it away from him and then pushed his hand away from the book. I should've just left then and there. I cannot believe that she touched my child and in a gruff and rude way. I let her finish fixing my nail, paid, and then we left. I will never step foot in this store again and I suggest if you have children with you, that you go to a friendlier place like JK nails where the customer service is top notch. read more

Out of towner looking for a pedi and it was recommended I come here. The salon is a little dirty, the tools didn't seem clean and the pedi was super rushed. My feet were in the water all but a minute before the tech started in on the cuticle removal, which was a bit aggressive. Pumice was aggressive, too. Best part was the, albeit light, foot massage. For a place that wasn't terribly busy, I didn't see any need for the rushed experience. Take your time when dealing with people's feet and nails. That type of customer service should be standard at a nail salon. Was going to get a gel mani but decided against it. Will not return next time I'm in Willmar. read more

I am really disappointed with how poor the customer service has become. They overbook ALL THE TIME. I'm currently sitting here at 5:30 when my appointment was at 5, no one is free and there are two women in front of me. It's been this way for the last several appointments I have booked but I keep hoping they will get a clue. When you do get in, they rush to accommodate others and do a poor job. My last gel manicure lasted just days. I was here once and they got impatient with a young girl choosing her color and told her 'there are people waiting' like it was her fault!!! Terrible. Really want to give them the benefit of the doubt because I've been coming here for years but it's gotten SO BAD. EDIT: 5:50 still waiting! The only reason I did not leave this time was because my nails look like shit and they needed some attention. PS. When I went to pay, they could tell I was frustrated and did not charge me! This is my second time coming here after my nail technician from Fantastic Nails moved away. First time here was a decent experience but this second time has definetly been disspointing. The original color I picked wasn't even the corrct color. I wanted a periwinkle blue and she proceeded to apply a neon blue. Amy the nail lady seemed to be in a hurry and rushed me to pick a different color. When I asked if she had a similar color she said "she's didn't know". So, my friend had to help me pick a color which ultimelty is a nice color but not the one I wanted. Finally, my nails are shaped differently. Some are almond shape and some are stiletto shape. My fiancé wanted her nails and hair down for her birthday so for her nails we came here. WORST idea ever. Service was terrible. Nail polish was clumpy and uneven. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure. They didn't even use a pumice on my heels and massaged my feet for about 1 minute. My French manicure looks terrible. The white tips look transparent as if they didn't add enough layers. I will not be going back here. read more

Terrible experience! First off we had 4 people in our group (appt. booked ahead of time) for full set manicure and pedicures. One girl in the group honest to god had to wait until the other 3 of us were done with our pedicures before they started hers. There was hardly any callus removal and no massage with mine. One of the other girls had half her toe painted and the lady wasn't going to fix it, but that's just the pedicures. Onto the acrylic's, 3 of us had no cuticle work. I wanted glitter along with Matte top coat but was told that's not possible even tho another girl in our group got the same thing. I was also told I could only choose between gold or silver glitter when I asked colors available, even tho another girl got blue glitter! Both of those girls were to my back so I had no idea. She made a rude comment when we were done on how I couldn't have those because she had other customers waiting. Then lastly I got charged an extra $5 because I wanted a Matte top coat!! I was never told that would be extra. And let me tell you I work in a hair salon, I can buy these products. Matte polish does NOT cost extra. Save your money and go elsewhere! read more

I've been going to elite nails in Willmar Minnesota I've never in my life experienced such rudeness granted everyone knows how they talk big stuff about people in their language ok so who cares but God forbids they make a mistake on Ur nail i got tips pit on 3 months ago last week i go in elite to get a fill and my feet done charge 70 bucks 65 dollars 5 dollars for tip same next day I go back the guy tells me my nails are to old that's why they broke but he forgot when I first came there he asked me what kind of acrylic did I want powder or gel I said I'll take the powder he informs me that the powder breaks easy and this is that so he will recommend the gel now I informed him that she had to put powder on me because she never used the UV light everyone knows you need that light right so he makes an appointment for me I go in today he's fixed them yes he did he fixed them but then he informed me never to come back to his shop and I asked him why because she made a faux pas everyone makes mistakes but I got banned from elite nails for calling them on their mistakes I guess no one in this world is perfect but them they make no mistakes and if they do make a mistake please don't call him on it because you will get band you read more
