Extremely poor customer service and quality of work. Got a set of nails and they looked like a small child did them. Acrylic all over cuticles. Nails were uneven and poorly painted. Were extremely thick. Seconds after so called finishing them was told you're done and the tech just walked away. When returning to complain the manager started yelling before we ever got a word out. He said he was perfect and doesn't make mistakes. Said that if the nails were bad it wasn't his fault. When he was informed that another salon fixed them for us and that they had never seen anything as horribly done as the nails that had been done in his facility. He called us a liar and continued to yell. He was determined that we had done something to not only make the paint job horrible but to make them thick and all over the cuticles as well. There was no reasoning with him. When we told him we would just report him to the BBB he quickly told us to come in and have them fixed by the person who did them. No way would that happen. After being called a liar and treated like trash there is no way he would ever be allowed to touch anyone that we knew. He didn't even care that he was yelling and calling names in front of other customers. Horrible business and horrible manager. so I been looking for a place that does nice pedicures and I ended up coming here because of the good reviews but never again will I be coming in here, it looked like a nice clean place but to start of the girl who did my pedicure had a bit of a attitude towards me didn't catch her name but she had glasses on and looks like the one who stays in the front desk mostly not anything big but something i noticed and felt uncomfortable with, also all I got was simple gel French tip and they costed $60 which was insane considering that I just got them done not more than 2 weeks ago and mostly all of them peeled off already when usually my pedicures last almost a month. read more

First... I picked out a light pink color and ended up with almost red nails. The color of the powder did not turn out as the one I picked out. When he filed my nails with the electric file he caused a lot of pain to my cuticles. My cuticles are torn up and are still in a lot of pain after 2 day. My nails are not smooth and shiny, but instead have a lot of bumps and ridges. They feel rough to the touch. The application was extremely messy and I am still unable to get all of it off of my skin. Aside from my nails, the experience was not great. My nail tech was on FaceTime with someone as he was doing my nails. I had an appointment at 5:30 and sat in there for probably 15-20 minutes until someone started my nails. I have never paid as much for dip nails as I have here and am very unsatisfied with my results. read more

My high school daughter and two of her friends went to this salon to get their nails done for Prom. They ended up waiting more than two hours because someone crossed their names off the sign in sheet, but didn't take them back to get their nails done. Then, my daughter had a nail tech that was very rude to her during her service. At the end of it, all three were charged full price for their services. Arrived right after they opened on a Tuesday morning @9:15am. Went in to get a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. Three workers and only one customer waiting ahead of me. I'm leaving at 11am with only a pedicure done. Super slow and no one really greets you or speaks at all. Maybe I just came at a bad time or something but i didn't plan to spend all day for a mani/pedi and especially at a place that doesn't have a good vibe. Disappointed.... read more
