Long story- After months of dealing with recurring issues and growing frustration with our previous pest control company, we finally made the switch to Advantage IPM--and it was one of the best decisions we've made. The final straw came when we discovered a large, active wasp nest inside our dryer vent. Not only was it a safety concern, but it also meant we couldn't use our washer or dryer. When we contacted our existing pest control provider, they told us it would be five days before they could come out. That response was incredibly disappointing given the urgency of the situation. We reached out to Advantage IPM, and Manuel Moreno came out the very same day. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and immediately got to work addressing the problem. The wasp nest was large and extremely active, but Manuel handled it with confidence and expertise. Thanks to him, the issue was resolved quickly, and we were able to get back to normal.

So the seems like about avg pricing maybe on the lower side of a monthly service... We have had prolly 3 Technicians so far, complained about the 2nd because we starting having him more , but I saw him skip my main fence, complained about it, and they sent other guy, Devin. We Really Appreciate Devin, and his work. he is very professional but very friendly.. This company was prompt to respond to our request and made a thorough outside and ugh, inside assessment determining rats had gotten into our attic through eave vent and lots more under the home. They gave us a fair estimate and said they would come out frequently, until all of the rats were gone. They plugged up all the ingress/egress holes thoroughly and each employee, from answering the phone and email question, to Mitchell, Eroldo, Bernardo and Alex on site, has been nothing but helpful and kind. The ONLY concern I would say I have is that I ask to be given a call ahead of time so I can make sure my dog is inside at the time they arrive. It is a large square footage single story on a very large lot in Tracy, so we had been seeing our fair share of spiders, earwigs--the usual suspects. We were previously with a different pest control company in town at our prior home, and while they did a good job, their rates year over year would consistently rise to the point where it wasn't feasible. I found Pro Active Pest Control on Yelp and immediately noticed their exceptional rating with lots of reviews. When calling, I spoke with Raymond who walked me through their services and was able to quote me right over the phone. Their pricing was extremely competitive and Raymond had me scheduled for service within the next day. The technicians arrived within the timeframe they said they would and gave a courtesy call that they were 20 minutes out. They were cordial, took the time to review the property and a few spider "hot spots" and immediately got to work. If I had one minor gripe, it was that we anticipated to have our interior treated as well on this initial service visit; but it wasn't communicated that we (pets and humans) would need to be out of the house for about ~2 hours after the interior service was completed in order for them to do it. That unfortunately didn't make sense for us that day, but they said to just call them at any point to schedule the interior treatment when it made for sense for our schedule. All in all, very accommodating, great price, and while we're only 24 hours in, I have yet to see any critters that we were getting pretty frequently around the property, so I feel great about becoming a Pro Active customer! I've been very happy with this service. I have two cats and a dog and am grateful my animals are kept in mind and kept safe from toxins. I am especially impressed with the communication from this company. I communicate with them through text messages and I usually get a response right away. They do touch up services between routine servicing if needed. I've also compared pricing and I know I'm getting the most bang for my buck. My technician's name is Charles and he is a really stand-up guy. I am also very pleased that the spray has helped me get a spider infestation under control as it also addresses eggs.
