This place tried to put $10 extra on my debt card. The young kid hitting his THC vape pen working the register put $37.86 into the charge card machine that you swipe your card on. My total was $24.99 plus tax which was $27.86 and he put $37.86 Into the machine and then tried to convince me it's tax. I told them I really needed the charger or I would've gone somewhere else. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Walked in just to grab some butane and started looking around at the glass pieces. My boyfriend and I purchased a honey bucket attachment for our water pipe and we were super happy we got a deal. After getting home we heated the attachment twice and it cracked almost immediately which tells me it wasn't genuine quartz. We returned the next day to ask for a refund and we were told there are no refunds. My boyfriend pointed out the crack and said it's a low quality product which the worker then proceeded to grab the attachment and said "it's quartz watch I can clink it against the counter and it won't break", then as he did that it broke in a completely different spot than before. The customer service was horrible and their products are cheap and bad quality. I'll never go back. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

This is THE WORST head shop in Cameron Park! The customer service is terrible! I bought a honebucket from here and it broke the first time I used it. Obviously I was upset so I took it back to get it replaced or possibly even get a refund, after half an hour of arguing with the manager he offered to replace the part that broke for more money and told me there were "no refund" signs on the door and the wall (I looked, there were no signs), I told him I wanted a free replacement or a different nail, well I walked out with a $35 ceramic nail when I originally paid $40 for the honeybucket and went to another shop by Safeway in Cameron Park and found the EXACT SAME NAIL for $15. Moved in from out of state and was looking for a local head shop to do business with and Elite popped up. Drove about 15 minutes to the location and it was worth the drive.
