They did the inspection and I got the report quite quickly. The quality was terrible and the service they did was mediocre. The messages received on the report stated they could only check 10% of the attic and never stated why. They also couldn't check the chimney because there was a few screws on a gate in front of the chimney that they didn't want to take off to check. They never went on the roof to check that the chimney was unobstructed with no creosote in it. Along with all of that, I received these photos to make my very important decision to buy a home with. When I emailed them to say I was very unhappy with the blurry photos and the ones with glare and that the report was not a thorough one. The owner sent back that the photos looked fine on her side. A few hours later I received another email saying after further review the photos didn't look great and she proceeded to send me a new report. Well the new report was the same exact report as the first one. I'd definitely not recommend this company for anything Update: it has been rectified and they sent updated photos and explained that they can't remove the blurry photos from the old report per Nevada law so they updated the new report but it has blurry and clear photos in it.

Matt allowed me to use his computer, print out the forms and got me on my way. He was super friendly and very helpful when the printer malfunctioned and wouldn't print. He also saw that my iPhone was cracked and gave me a quote to repair it. Great attitude, friendly service, and a place that I will come back to if I need anything repaired!
