BEWARE - SCAM!! I called this company, went to voicemail but I didn't leave a message. A few minutes later my phone rings with NO CALLER ID. I answer & it's Joanna. She seems very nice and because I read reviews here on Yelp that mentioned her name it all seemed like a normal transaction. I made the reservation, gave my credit card info etc. I asked when the card would be charged and she said this week. She provided a confirmation number and said she would send confirmation email. WELL a few hours later my credit card company contacted me with potential FRAUD!! Someone called them 4 times trying to access the account. This happened within minutes of the call I had with Joanna. I thought this might be coincidental. If this company was legitimate I would receive confirmation email & they would contact me when they attempt to charge my card and it's declined. This hasn't happened so I am convinced this company is responsible for the attempted FRAUD!! read more

My family and I used Joanna and her team to transport us from Disney Resorts to Port Canaveral and then back to Orlando International Airport. It was far and away THE most efficient and smooth process we've ever experienced. Joanna called both mornings of our pick ups to confirm our location and that of our wonderful driver, Brooklyn Joe. For a few dollars more than the Disney shuttles, my children had the experience of a lifetime! Leaving Wilderness Lodge was a sad day for all of us but Joe made it so special. He held up a sign with their names on it (we surprised them) and they climbed aboard the cleanest limo in Orlando; fully stocked with ice-cold bottled waters. Joe took care of our bags and off we went. We brought the Frozen DVD with us as recommended by Joanna and it seemed we were at our destination in no time. And I'm not going to lie, pulling up to port in a limo feels as awesome as it looks. The return trip from port to airport was just as smooth. We were tired and antsy after the long lines at customs but seeing Joe's smiling face again and his high-fives for the kids brought us right back to our happy selves. Not having the baggage hassle and not being on a bus full of tired and antsy people was priceless! If you've ever taken Disney transportation, you understand how uncivilized it can be. If you haven't, let me spare you the agony. First you have to wait until the ENTIRE bus is full - I mean FULL. Which ultimately means, there's a very strong possibility that your family will be separated. Then there's the crying. Unhappy crying or excited screaming makes no difference to me when it's someone else's child. Not to mention the germs that inevitably breed in public environments in Florida's heat and humility. We arrived in Orlando for my twins 10th birthday and they had a sign with the kids names on them and a bottle of Sparkling Grape Juice as promised. This is an above average car company in regards to customer service. I contacted Joanna around 2am(this is after hours- was on a night rotation) a few days prior to our pick up and she pleasantly fulfilled our requests for a post cruise pick up from Port Canaveral to the MCO area. We requested a Lincoln Stretch. This particular vehicle is showing its age both inside and out. It was the kid's first limo ride so it was good enough for that purpose. I'd book again based solely on the responsive and friendly customer service I recieved, although next time, we will request a newer vehicle. I'm so glad I read the other reviews. Don't worry that the website isn't perfect, just call. You are going to get 1st class treatment. I hired this company for a 4 hour charter for my wife's birthday. Joanna was so easy to work with and graciously accommodating when we almost had to change our plans at the last minute. Fortunately it worked out! Our driver, Nidal, had an umbrella for us and walked us to the car in the rain. He was always ready to go whenever we came out of a building- we never had to call him to come get us. The stretch Lincoln limo was beautiful -worn in a few places, but was perfectly clean and in working order. We had champagne glasses neatly laid out in the bar, and plenty of ice and bottled water ready for us when we got in the car. We also brought our own champagne at no extra charge. We (three of us) used A1 for limo service from Port Canaveral to MCO. We scheduled the service via phone call with them about three days in advance. We gave them our CC info, arrival time, number of passengers, etc. On our return they called as we were getting off the ship and asked we call once we clear customs. We cleared customs shortly after - called them - and the driver was there in less that two minutes. The driver was very nice and the ride to MCO smooth. Talk about a great way to start our vacation! Even before we got to Florida, Joanna made the reservation process easy and fun. We used A1 Elite for round trip transportation to/from Orlando Airport and Port Canaveral for a party of 6. Joanna made our reservations a breeze. She was polite, efficient and very informative. Everything was discussed up front so there were no surprises later. I received a follow up email with all the details of our round trip pick up and the night before our departure from home, Joanna called to reconfirm the "meet and greet" with our driver - excellent service! All went perfect for pick up - the driver was at the base of the stairs as we came down to baggage claim, helped us with our luggage and the van was waiting for us near by. The van was clean and Wes was very personable. Upon disembarking from our cruise, before we were able to clear customs, Joanna had called and left me a message the driver was near the port authority, with a description of the vehicle and that it was the same driver, Wes. I called her when we cleared customs and were outside and Wes arrived shortly after. Everything was very smooth, professional and we had a great experience.
