From my very first visit to Elite Vape, Tracy began educating me about all things vape. I knew nothing about this world only that I wanted to quit smoking. She has been so generous with me and with everyone I witnessed her selling to. I know for a fact, she tries, and has other customers try and review new juices before they hit the shelf. I have purchased a vape in another city recently and found the same markup is taken by most retail vape stores. Having a brick and mortar business is like having a house; both have overhead. But the experience of going to a store is where your senses come alive. An online purchase will be very differently priced though you have to keep in mind a few things; lack of one on one education on your new mod which is vital for new vapers and seasoned ones as well, there are 1000's of vapes online and pretty doesn't equal quality, possible long shipping times, return policies vary greatly, and honestly the most important reason for me to visit Elite Vape is that I always learned something new about vaping from Tracy. She is genuinely concerned with giving everyone the best experience, the best selection and believes in and stands behind every product in her store; she also also loves her country, carefully considering who and where from her stores stock is purchased . If she sells it she has tried it and has confidence in recommending it. I began vaping 2/2018 and quit smoking 8/2018. I speak from my own experience and that of close friends and we have found vaping was a viable option for us to curb tobacco intake and became a long term replacement for tobacco. When choosing a mod I want to know it's safe, well made, how it feels in my hand, the maintenance that's needed to keep it vaping well and that it comes with a recommendation from a person who has earned my trust; that person is Tracy Slaughter. Customer service is great don't get me wrong but they are very overpriced to the point of ripping you off I have shopped there 3 times and the last time I bought several items totaling over $200.00 dollars. I will now explain my reasoning and include factual evidence proving that customers are being taken advantage of by the pricing of merchandise in ELITE Vapors. First item purchased was a GeekVape Aegis Legend 200W (MOD ONLY) TC Box Mod priced at $110.00 dollars by ELITE Vapors. This item can be bought online and retails at $56.99 (PICTURE PROOF ATTACHED). Second item purchased was a GEEK VAPE ZEUS DUAL 26 MM RTA priced at $45.00 dollars by ELITE Vapors. This item can be bought online and retails at $24.95 (PICTURE PROOF ATTACHED). Third item purchased was GeekVape Vaping Tool Kit (Black) priced at $25.00 dollars by ELITE Vapors. This item can be bought online and retails at $8.95 (PICTURE PROOF ATTACHED). The final item purchased was PACHAMAMA - FUJI APPLE STRAWBERRY NECTARINE - 60ML priced at $30.00 dollars by ELITE Vapors. This item can be bought online and retails for $13.95 (PICTURE PROOF ATTACHED). I have written this review and comment not to attack ELITE VAPORS but to make the public and future buyers aware of the situation so they don't get ripped off like I did. The grand total of my purchased items were $231.56 (WITHOUT MY 10% Discount). The grand total of what all the items actually retail for is $104.84 which is over 100% mark up in prices by ELITE Vapors and what would be considered price gouging by most people but most importantly it is taking advantage of people that don't know.
