This might be the first time I've ever written a review, but this experience warrants it. I'm usually patient and trust that people will follow through, but this time, I was proven wrong. Working with ARD Home Services and EliteHome Services (who, conveniently, keep rebranding) was one of the worst experiences I've had. Despite numerous attempts to get them to complete the door painting and installation, they constantly ignored me and came up with excuse after excuse. When they finally showed up--after holding onto my $6,800 for over a month--the work they delivered was abysmal. The quality was atrocious, and they didn't even bother to remove the stickers before painting. I've attached photos for reference. Save yourself the frustration and money--avoid them at all costs. It's been over a week since my last attempt to reach out, and I've heard nothing. 11-23-25 Casey contacted me at 5:29pm said her husband was heading to a job 10 minutes from me, quoted me $175 to install a kitchen faucet. I said I would let her know. She responded $150 tonight. I said ok. 6:32pm she said they would head over as soon as they leave where they are it shouldn't be long. 8:10pm I sent text "Any update?" 8:51pm Sorry were just now leaving. Can we do it tomorrow since it is so late. By 10:07pm we agreed tomorrow noon or after at same price. 11-24-25 12:51pm I sent text asking for ETA so my dad could plan his day. 12:56pm responded Between 2-3 pm. 4:15pm I texted, Update? They never responded. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I should not have had to keep requesting updates, they should have updated me if times changed. I would have worked around them. If I had left this review after just the plumbing job we had them do it would be 5 stars but then we hired them agian. Ryan was hired to build our a shop whit a attached bathroom. The initial quote was 10k but upon his wife coming out it went up to 20 because I guess he dosent know how much stuff costs. During working there would be days where he didn't show up or communicating and now we are 3 months later it's still not done and now they are dodging our calls. They have also said they would just drop off the water heater for the bathroom and we could just call the job done and move on past all of the issues we had with them and just take the lost. But we have been trying to get said water heater for almost a week and still don't have it. They will take you money spend it on another job and then get a attitude when you need a complete date that they will move out for months. There will be reason after reason why they can't finish if you ask why insted of just it will be done by this date. I get bad luck and all of that but 3 months with no communication using our materials they didn't buy using my tools without asking and just the general lack of professional behavior is insane. I had an appointment yesterday at 10a, but an emergency came up they had to address, which I understand. I didn't receive a call or a text message about the delay and I had to reach out to them, but it was an error on their part because they misdialed the wrong number. Since then the problem has been the follow up after the emergency because I have been the one reaching out continuously to try to determine my placement for my work that I previously had an appointment for. It seemed as if I cared more than what they did and this is a huge problem considering I took the day off to be able to get these things done. I have reached out now twice (one yesterday evening and one first thing this) to see how I'm going to be scheduled without a response. This is just a warning to others to consider when needing a job completed because their customer service needs to be better. read more

We hired Ryan to install wood floors in a single room and quoted us $1500. Upon arrival he upped the estimate to $2500 and told us it would be a two day job, which still isn't complete 4 days later. He showed up 4 hours late the first day, 2 hours late the second day, and just completely no showed the 3rd day. We are currently searching for another company to finish the job that he is unable to do. Do not use this company or you will be disappointed. read more
