After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response. I called this company asking for a cab. The girl on the phone was polite and asked where I was and what my destination was. I have her the name of the town I was going to. She asked for specific street address in that town which I gave her. She asked for the exact street address once more during that initial call - and it was only after she clarified the address that she gave me the cost, $25. As I was waiting for the cab (not long), I called the company again as I got a text that the cab was there but I didn't see it. Now it was a man on the phone. He asked again for my destination address and the town. When the cab arrived, I asked the driver again that the rate was $25 - he confirmed. However once he started typing in the destination address into his JPS, it turned out he thought I was going to a closer town and when I again gave him the correct town, he told me it would be $45. I said it was not acceptable as I had been quoted $25 after giving the company my town name and address several times. He said he thought it was a different town and that he can't take me for $25. I told him it was not my problem as it's not that I changed my designation point now, it was the company's fault and that I waited for the cab and wasted my time. I didn't have a problem with the driver as it wasn't his fault - and called up the company. The same man as before answered. I started explaining to him what happened - he right away cut me off in a very manner, told me I told them a different town name and that it was now $45. When I tried to tell him that it would be one thing if they misheard the name of my town - but they had taken the actual street address I was going to and entered it into their system to be able to give me the rate - and the town they thought I was going to does not have the same address. The guy didn't just didn't let me say a word about it - he hung up right away. I called him again trying to explain that they knew my address and thus it was their fault but the guy hung up immediately. I exited the cab. What bugged me the most was not even their mistake but total lack of manners and respect for their customers. I absolutely have no interest in supporting such unprofessional companies who have no standards of customer care. As I said before, mistakes happen but when they do , especially such obvious ones that make a person stranded, the business should be much much nicer not to mention honor the initial rate.
