I used Elizabeth Davenport to sell my property in 2012. The thing I found about they was I felt they were professional as George and Chris did the valuation, one of which I know to be an RICS Surveyor.
Because my property was a 50% owned property it was a little trickier than selling the full property, because of this George was coming up with innovative ways to try and sell the property and ultimately agreed with the housing association that we could sell the entire flat and have half each (Housing Association and Me). This was his idea and meant that the flat sold after a few months of getting no where during tough times for property sales.
The pictures he took of the flat were first class, he took time and effort to make sure the flat looked like a show home. He also collected post for me and took meter readings as I had moved out by the time I wanted to sell.
I found them to be professional, helpful and always kept me informed of what was going on.
