She was so helpful throughout the phone call, especially because I wasn't sure what I was looking for yet. On the day of the appointment, I received a reminder notification of the time, and parking information. From the moment we arrived, every detail of my appointment had been thoroughly specified to me, there was even a sign out front with my name on it! This was such a charming touch to my wonderful dress shopping experience. The dress appointment itself went SO smoothly and Tanya did an excellent job of guiding my dress try on experience so that I was able to get the most out of it. However, do NOT get your alterations done here. The woman acted like I was an inconvenience to her and like she didn't want to do her job. She was mad when I didn't want a hem done and didn't even pin my dress properly. When i asked about gaps across my back she said she would take them in but didn't feel like pinning them. She took a very long time to do just a few small alterations so I had no time to get others done. It was much too tight in random spots (including across the back that she "didn't feel like pinning" and the straps were so unbelievably tight I changed my dress not even an hour into my reception.
