She was so patient, kind and helpful through this entire process. She would point out things to us that we didn't really know to look for in a home. I never felt like we were pushed or rushed to find a house or look at more houses. We looked at as many houses as we wanted to and she would work with the listing agents to coordinate times for showings that worked with all of our schedules. Once we found the house, her and our lender worked together seamlessly to get the offer out, and communicate with the seller of our home. Ashley Riordan was also extremely helpful with getting bids from contractors to fix the things our inspector found. She also dealt with the many questions I had. We had very little notice, and had truly settled in, as our landlord had told us for years that she would give us the opportunity to purchase the house when she was ready to sell. One day out of the blue, we were informed that she was selling it, and there was no feasible way for us to buy it, as she was selling other properties along with it as a package, and already had a buyer. After 2 weeks of looking online, we found a place on Zillow that looked good in the photos, like it would be a good project house for me, as I like to build. I scheduled a showing with Zillow, and they put me in touch with Genna. She met us at the property the next day, and it was immediately apparent that this was NOT the place. We had a lot of very specific, very important needs with whatever we ended up finding, and communicated these to Genna. 3 hours later, Genna had sent us 3 listings that met our very stringent requirements. We scheduled a showing for one of them for the following day. We looked at the property at 11:30am, had an official offer in by 3:30pm, and the offer was accepted by 6pm. We closed in 33 days, and have been enjoying our perfect home for a few months, now. Genna had found us our dream home, that met all of our requirements, and we had our offer accepted, within 36 hours of meeting her for the first time - she is absolutely outstanding in her field. Not only did she find the house quickly, she got us into it a couple weeks before we had to be out of the old one, which gave us time to move.
