I love the trains and games they have for the kids, it just makes them feel like it's a space for them to be comfortable which is nice to calm the nerves. The staff has always been very helpful and pleasant and quick to answer any and all of my questions. Highly recommend - we'll be taking our son here as soon as he gets his teeth in :)

Front desk did the usual shrug when I asked them. New hygienist appeared hurried, and caused my daughter to flinch during cleaning. After cleaning, my daughter asked the hygienist to show her how to brush the inside of her lower teeth. Hygienist replied, "I already showed you that" and basically ignored her. My daughter was serious. Time with the Doctor Valez was less than three minutes. We left without a sunny smile!

Hyped it up to him that we were going to a dentist that knew children and would know how to best help him. Unfortunately. The dentist did not speak to our child. I'm not sure she even looked at him. Instead she came in and made us feel very degraded and like we were not caring for our child. Instead of helping us complete the filling for our kid, she told us "the only way to treat this child without traumatizing them is IV sedation and filling all the cavities at once" - she said this while my kid was laying on the exam chair with his mouth open ready for her to do what she needed. We like to feel like a team making a plan for our kid with any sort of medical care. We left here feeling a combination of negative feelings and very discouraged. It does not seem like she enjoys working with children, just profiting off of them. Would leave 0 stars if possible.

This was my first time ever going to a Florida dentist. It was really hard trying to find a dentist…read morewith my specific Florida Blue plan, but I finally stumbled upon Greenberg Dental. I was hesitant at first because I saw some of the ratings complaining about costs and whatnot, but obviously it's going to cost a fortune if you don't take care of your teeth. Making an appointment for my cleaning was easy (I think I called a month in advance). However, exactly a week before the cleaning, long story short, I was at the movies seeing Jurassic world 2 (highly recommend) and my back crown popped out (THANKS Twizzlers). And to clarify - this was an older crown from about five years ago that was put in by my NY dentist. Anyways, called up Greenberg the next morning and they got me in at 9am. I was VERY nervous because not all dentists will put back a crown if they didn't make it or if it's in bad shape. However, Doctor Dockus was great! The crown was in good shape and him and his assistant (she was awesome too) cemented the crown back in! Probably saved me at least $500 or more since they didn't have to make a new crown. I kept my cleaning appointment for the following week and everything went smoothly. The waiting room is very clean and it's right in the Publix plaza off of Roosevelt Blvd. Plenty of parking as well. There were only a couple things that weirded me out - the photos on the wall of the dental rooms. They were before and afters of smiles. Kinda creepy because they're just starring at you haha. The other thing that was strange to me (maybe because I've never been to a Florida dentist) but they don't schedule your next appointment six months down the road. It looks like I'll just have to call in and do it myself come November. Either way, I had a good experience with Doctor Dockus and his team, so I'll be back.

Mixed bag of feelings about this office…read more I've had good experiences for the most part with this office. I initially chose it because it is close to home and they are open on Saturdays. Now that I work remote that isn't as much of a defining factor for me. I always had a good experience with Dr. Bushati (sp?) but recently it has been incredibly difficult to schedule an appointment. They will not schedule your cleaning six months from your visit. Last time I was there Dr. Bushati convinced them to schedule one for me, but by the time we got to the date they no longer had it in their calendar. When I asked to reschedule they said their hygienist isn't in on certain days so we had to schedule for a couple weeks later. Fast forward to a couple weeks later and I get a call saying the office will be closed on the day of my appointment and I need to reschedule. I call the office and the woman on the line tells me someone will call me to reschedule (I was so confused I didn't even think to ask why she couldn't reschedule it for me!) I wait a day and then call back because I haven't heard anything. The new woman on the line tells me that the people who schedule cleaning appointments don't get in until 11 a.m. so I'd have to call back then. Usually I have an aversion to seeing a dentist, but they are really making me work for it! In addition to this, my husband went to their office and they told him that there were some dental procedures he needed to get done. He went to another dentist for a second opinion (because the procedures were not cheap) and was told that he didn't need to do any of it. If you asked me a year ago what I thought of this place I would recommend it wholeheartedly. Now it seems like it may be slipping. I'm still giving it three stars because if Dr. Bushati is still there I think he is a nice guy. I would just go in knowing that you may want to go somewhere else to get a second opinion.

Dr O'Neil and his staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. The shining Star was my hygienist Ivy. She was more knowledgeable and professional than any I have ever encountered. She gave me realistic time frames for my dental issues. But made it clear it was a journey we were going to take together! Let's face it, who likes to go to the dentist. Certainly not me. But I thank my lucky stars that I chose this dental office.

The process involved three visits and could not have been more stress-free and comfortable. Although not done for cosmetic reasons, it mattered greatly to me that my appearance would not be changed and that the end result would preserve my original, natural smile. I could not be more pleased by the end result. I still have my unique smile without any suggestion of having had "anything done" except, perhaps, for an enhancement that has definitely restored a more youthful appearance. Thank you, Dr. O'Neal. You're truly an artist!
