My friend, who had bought her dress at this store and was familiar with their collection, then walked around a bit and asked the sales agent to bring a specific dress. Incredibly, this person then scolded my friend for walking around on her own. So rude! I was ready to just leave the appointment then and there. Given their extreme prices and designer gowns, you really would think they would deliver better service. I absolutely would not recommend this store. I went to "Dreamgirls" in De Clercqstraat two days later, had a really fun appointment, found my perfect dress, and paid a third of what a similar dress would have been at "I do I do".

I am a wedding planner from Amsterdam and as well…read moreas my own experience with this store I have also heard of other horrible experiences from many, many other brides! such as being accused of faking a wedding in order to try on gowns, negative critiquing on a brides choice of style, cutting of appointment time, not allowing brides to look at or try on dresses from the racks, not selecting dresses that match the ones the bride requested and blatant rude remarks and service.
