Great place to hold an event. The New Manager went out of his way to change the set up at the last minute due to more people showing up for our fundraiser then we expected. Plenty of parking and so convenient to the highway. The function hall was clean and the Bartenders were very professional. We have booked this place for 2 more fundraisers. RFS read more

NEVER, plan to have your wedding reception here. My husband and I planned to have our rehearsal, ceremony, and reception here, and the manager double booked on our rehearsal, and the wedding reception itself!!!! She was very un-professional, and very unorganized. I called her the day before our wedding to make sure everything was all set, and she said she'd call me back, she never did. Then the day of our wedding I showed up early with the bridal party to set up, and after almost everything was already set up she tells me "you're going to hate me, i'm such an idiot but I booked an event for five o clock today". Meaning we would have to be out by five, when we were supposed to have dinner for four.....so obviously that wasn't happening. They ended up working it out with the manager at the Eagles hall for us to go there for our reception, but she was very rude and un-sympathetic whatsoever. She treated, me and my family and friends like we didn't matter at all, and we asked her why she couldn't move the band that she booked over us to the other hall, and she said "because i booked this function over a year ago" really? then why did you end up making the agreement with us to have our wedding here.....we ended up having the ceremony there, i'm just warning all you ladies out there looking for a venue....DO NOT PLAN IT AT LEOMINSTER ELKS LODGE, please save yourself some stress. I went through HELL that morning because of it, and my wedding was not how I wanted it to be, in the end it all worked out the best it could, but I'm still very un happy with the manager that "runs" this place......she needs to get fired. This was supposed to be the most amazing day for me and my husband, and it began with stress and anger. A stupid band was more important, then a once in a life time wedding to her apparently. read more
