We were in for the whiskey event and I can't speak highly enough about both staff working. What a fun stop! Sure, on the way up, you get the overwhelming desire to turn back... We've all seen the movie & know we shouldn't press on... but press on you must, through the strange door & into the friendliest spot in Deadwood. I can only assume we were among regular and we couldn't have felt more welcome. The barkkep chatted us up with the history of many offerings &, even about underwear & holiday wear. So, when you start up the stairs and feel like bailing out, don't do it... keep going... it's worth it! read more
