Also some sulze...with fried potatoes. Jellied meat entrée. We started with homemade farina dumpling soup. The soup deserved a "5". No fresh bread served, the mushrooms​ should have been chopped smaller for my taste. The sausages very good and the sauerkraut well made. I asked to use the WiFi, and the waiter said there would be a charge if we did not stay in the hotel. I hope they change this to all paying guests. A good but not great eatery. 2.5 stars is fair.
