For…read moredays, they called to confirm that both my kids and I had appointments, which I confirmed multiple times, and I even rescheduled one child for the 22nd ahead of time. When I arrived around 9:30 AM, I clearly told the front desk that we all had appointments, but I was only given paperwork for my kids. After waiting over an hour, my kids were seen while I was completely overlooked. When I asked about my appointment, I was questioned about whether I had even checked in, and after waiting even longer, I was given a dismissive excuse that maybe I "didn't speak out loud" or wasn't understood. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and made no effort to fix the situation or take accountability. I felt disrespected and ignored, and I will be warning others not to go there.

My dentist was able to fill 5 (FIVE) ! Cavities on one visit ! They put a plastic rubber mold in my mouth which made it easy for me to keep my mouth open & did it efficiently and Very quick for the amount of work he had to do. When he finished, I actually said, "Your done already?! You did Everything?! I'm amazed at the staff there! Only one job for each staff member. They work like a well greased wheel. No backups or mistakes & they all work well together ! The staff have been together for years & have been picked to fit with each other. So polite to each other & happy! They have radio transmitters for big jobs like mine. They can call in staff, extra supplies, & can connect with each other if need be. ALL of this makes a relaxed happy patient.
