This one time something came up and she missed the phone call for a 15-minute follow-up. She was already upset that she missed the appointment and gave them a call right away to explain. They charged her credit card a no-show fee right away and shut her down on the phone. The fee amount for missing this 15-minute call was higher than the whole 30-minute appointment. I happened to listen in on this call because I was in the car. I was disgusted by how robotic the receptionist sounded and how they treat their long-term customers.

I went to Michelle as she was in the area and wow...what a difference...anyone else I had talked to had more of the sounding board approach and showing support which is fine, but when I went to Michelle she explained why everything was happening, I would get homework at times which I like, book suggestions, audiobook and meditation suggestions, I felt like I was taking a course in counselling and so much finally made sense to me, so many things answered instead of other counselors I saw that where "that must have been difficult for you" "how does that make you feel" "well...these things happen in life and it's good you came to see me". No...Michelle is extremely knowledgeable and has taken extra special training, I cant remember what it was called. Lifechanging for me though.
