I had to remove all of the wilted blooms and greenery myself before presenting to my wife. Most of the blooms were wilting or dying. Even the balloon selection was awful. My father passed away unexpectedly, and I have been navigating an incredibly difficult week. Sami had reached out to me by email and voicemail, but because of everything that was happening, I simply wasn't able to respond. When I finally had a moment this morning, I called her personally to explain. Sami was incredibly gracious and understanding. She told me I could have simply emailed her and that the fact that I took the time to call her meant a lot to her. What she may not know is that her compassion meant just as much to me. From the professionalism and kindness I received from her staff during my initial visit to the compassion Sami personally showed me afterward, my experience with this business was exceptional. We ultimately did not make a purchase, but that did not change the kindness or professionalism I received. To me, that says a great deal about someone's character and the way they conduct their business. Sometimes the impression people leave on you matters just as much as the product or service itself. Sami and her staff left a lasting impression on me during an extremely difficult time, and I am sincerely grateful.

I requested a dozen tulips and they suggested some additional greenery which increased the original price about 40%. I agreed since it is for my mother and I only want the best for her. I asked Crystal whom I interacted with on the phone to please send me a photo of the arrangement prior to delivering it. A photo was not sent and I had to call to ask why it was not delivered yet and why no photo was provided. I finally received a photo and could not be more disappointed. As you can see in the photo I've included, it is short of a dozen and the tulips have not even bloomed and look somewhat decayed. This company is an absolute embarrassment and I suggest everyone to stay away. I can't believe they are charging me extra for this travesty.

I called again at 8pm and they still had not gone out and said maybe by 8:45pm. I told them that was not ok, that was too late for a delivery. Entirely unprofessional. I asked for them to deliver the next morning and to call me first by 10am. I've only gotten their voicemail and no phone call today. Still no flowers. Clearly I was a very low priority to them and they are rude and unprofessional to not keep a deadline or even bother to keep me posted. So mad. At this point I've paid for nothing except anxiety.
