To make matters worse, in Burlington County, we had an occupant who would not vacate the house. So off I went to Google to find a good lawyer. Because the occupant wasn't paying rent we couldn't evict her, we had to file an 'ejectment' suit. I found the law offices of Warren S Jones in Mount Holly, Burlington County who was about as great of an asset and support system as I could have asked for - no matter the question, I could always call and get an answer and guidance. We were initially told by a different lawyer the ejectment could take up to two years, but they assured us we could probably have it done in a matter of months, and we did.
