I'd rather be here than any Portland Hospital. Thank you Taryn, Sasha,Kris,Shannon,Max, Sara, Loren, Victoria and Dr Zimmerman. You are stellar in your specialty. Thank you for giving the best to Astoria. I was truly lucky blessed and looked after!

In the past two years I've had 5 different PCP's. They leave. A new one is assigned. They leave. Now they have NO PCP's taking new patients. You get whoever is around. They don't have time to review your chart or complaint. My fave PCP left because of the stress of paperwork and short time allotted to see patients. If you need speciality care, they do pretty well but as for having a doc that knows anything about you, forget it. It is really very scary especially as I get older and need someone on top of my care. Maybe instead of a state of the art facility, CMH could focus on quality care.

Excellent first experience with Harbor Foot & Ankle Clinic…read more I was referred by my PCP after years of foot and ankle pain that had progressively limited my ability to walk, hike, and remain active. During my first appointment, Dr. S quickly identified the issue as PTTD Stage II. He thoroughly explained the diagnosis, answered my questions, and helped me understand what had likely been causing symptoms that had affected me for years. One memorable moment was when he pointed out the protrusion on the inside of my right foot and commented that it was one of the worst he'd seen. I can honestly say that wasn't an honor I was hoping to earn! Thankfully, he followed that statement with solutions and a clear treatment plan. What I appreciated most was how focused he was on helping me maintain my mobility and quality of life. My husband Dwight and I first came to Washington in 2015 for a healthcare travel assignment. One of our favorite photos was taken at a Mount Rainier viewpoint during that trip. More than a decade later, we still spend our free time exploring the Pacific Northwest, hiking, photographing wildlife, visiting lighthouses, and chasing beautiful views. When foot pain starts limiting those experiences, it affects far more than your feet. For the first time in a long time, I left a medical appointment with answers, a diagnosis, and a realistic plan moving forward. Dr. S was knowledgeable, personable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping me continue doing the things I love. Highly recommend Harbor Foot & Ankle Clinic.

I just had my first visit with Dr. Sheikhizadeh today. I was very impressed right from the start!…read moreThe receptionist was friendly, my wait time was short and I received a New Patient welcome gift... The nursing staff were also professional along with making me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Sheikhizadeh came into to the exam room within minutes of me getting in there( which almost never happens in most doctor offices !!!) After examining my foot he made a diagnosis quickly, explaining treatment options, along with shoe choices which will also help. He was able to give me an injection then and recommended I come back in a month for a recheck. I am thrilled with the doctor and his team. And to top it off, I don't have to drive to Olympia !!!!!!!

I was fitted for new shoes they lost the molds so i had to go back in and do it again . I t was a little annoying but i didn't get mad, sometimes things happen. Then 2 months later they ask me to pick out 3 different styles because the ones i picked previously had been discontinued. So I went back to their office and did that. I have checked in with them on several occasions. All they would say was it takes time. Today i had an appointment got there checked in and told the receptionist that I knew I must have a balance but that I had misplaced my wallet. She informed me that my balance was $174.00 and that it was in pre-collections. If i can't pay on it right then they would have to cancel my appointment . Later today I found it, returned to their office and paid the entire bill. I pointed out the fact that i have patiently waited for shoes and shown grace. I don't know if it was because I am old or she just thought that I was stupid. She tried to tell that our system would not allow me to keep the appointment. When I informed them that i would not be making another appointment she told me that was quite alright. As if she were speaking for the doctor himself. Because in these economic times no matter what kind of business your customers, patients, and clients matter. The doctor I had was awesome but some of his office staff need a reboot on people skills or fired.
