We called several times finally got a call back. We had a screw in our rv tire. He finally showed up and said he could plug it and would be out the next day to do it. At the end of the day we still hadn't seen him so we called. Was told it would be the next day. We had plans so they said no problem he would come fix it and we could pay over the phone he called us while we were out and said he couldn't do it. He had taken the screw out which let all the air out and broke the seal which meant we could no longer drive it anywhere to get it fixed which resulted in us having to call a tow company to come take the tire off and take it to get it fixed! read more

The absolute best experience! The woman who answered by call for help was lovely. The gentleman who arrived very quickly was not only incredibly nice, but he solved an issue that another person had failed to. He did it efficiently, double checked that it had in fact worked and charged much less than I expected (truly less than my shop would have). I cannot recommend them enough!! read more

Really could have used their help during a recent trip to Maine. They don't return phone calls.

Randy was amazing! We were stranded in Acadia (stranded is a strong word for how beautiful the area is), and Randy came to our campsite to fix a couple of flats that we had. He was honest with us and said the labor would cost the same for 4 tires as it would for 2 if we wanted to just get them all changed at the same time. He charged us much less for the labor than the hours he actually worked. Unforeseen problems arose, and instead of hiking up the price like most places, Randy said it wasn't our fault, so we shouldn't have to pay more. It wasn't his fault either, just to clarify, it was a problem with getting the tires. He was top notch. He also said that while he is currently in Maine, if any snowbirds need a hand during the winter, he and his son will be down in central Florida to help you with all of your service needs. Seriously, I can't say enough good things about this guy. I agree with Bud below, too; Randy is definitely the kind of guy you'd like to hang with. read more
