Very bad mistake, trusting them was even more expense! They changed a part that was not needed, leaving us with a boiler that was still faulty. Near £400 wasted. We went elsewhere to sort the issue. 2 engineers with different ideas. We sent an email of complaint and we only received a response from them after we made a formal complaint through which trusted traders. Their excuse was email went into spam. The email contained wrong information.

They were simply not interested saying the parts they fitted are fine therefore the fault must be in the existing parts of the system. Well really, £6,100 to fit just a boiler but if it malfunctions it is not their problem. They offered to return and replace elements on a trial and error basis at our cost. All still within weeks of installation and full payment. We were so disgusted we got another company to resolve the problem.
