You can't book a table so its hard to make plans sometimes at peak times as you're not sure you can get seated, although I believe you can ring a couple of hours beforehand and reserve a table in certain circumstances.

It's very family friendly and if you go during the week they will likely have a good deal. Especially if you're a senior. It's got a broad menu like many American restaurants but still serves traditional English food.
