The signs in this part of the car park are faded to white and can not be read but the parking company still issues tickets on this site this is illegal. The landlords of the Lion and Lamb should be ashamed that they let this unscruples action carry on. I will not shop here again until Town and City Parking get there act together and the landlords get them to replace the signs this is a clear case of entrapment on TCPbehalf

It features your regular high street shops, including large branches of Woolworths and Boots, and also other shops including Game, WH Smiths, Waitrose, New Look, Dorothy Perkins, Claire's Accessories, La Senza, Next and Superdrug. It is good for picking up basic items. You wouln't go there if you were having a shopping spree as there aren't that many shops so your options are quite limited. Parking is adequate, and not excessively priced (free on Sundays). The car park can get full at peak periods such as Christmas.

They sell some nice pictures and some furniture at good prices as well as lampshades, bedding, party items including toys, bags and bubbles. I think this is probably the best shop in the town as there is not much else there but it looks like there is going to be some new shops in the future. It is worth a visit to check out how cheap it can be.

They have a half decent motor and garden section. I managed to get hold of 2 new headlight bulbs for £1.98 which would have cost over £15 in Halfords!
