Lovely firm, incredibly helpful and willing to ferry me around to loads of properties, allowing me plenty of time to view at my lieusure. They also have an in-house mortgage advisor who found several very competitive deals. A great range of properties, many at the bargain end of the market, and the estate agents all have good local knowledge, invaluable for an out-of-towner, and are willing to go the extra mile to assist. Definitely reccomended.

When we moved in to a property represented by baselets, they gave us a checklist with details for…read moreareas of the property like, "Blinds - Black - Good" with pictures that had no colour. When we went to move out of the property baselets hired an outside agency that went in into extreme detail and just nitpicked the entire property and provided tons of coloured pictures in their report. Keep in mind their policy says they would use the signed move in checklist for reference at final inspection. Seriously feel like we got robbed.

I can't imagine what it would be like to give them your money and expect help, because they already got you then, don't they?!?! I used to work in sales, and I seem to recall, 'getting' the business was the important part and keeping them was vital. Anyway, maybe its just my experience, but I have at least 3 emails that were sent directly to then, with no reply. Asked please let me know if anything becomes available in a certain area, the woman (Wendy) says ok, then new stuff pops up online and she never contacted me again. I guess its better to have found out the lack of care now vs after being tied to them for a year. Good luck out there people.
