I went to Riki for microblading and was really impressed. She is very thorough and detailed. She is…read morealso very clean and is serious about it because you are dealing with open skin. You can tell she enjoys doing this and takes pride in her work. She isn't someone just going through the motions. I am very impressed with my brows and the overall experience. A little run down of what happens - you make a consult appointment and then go in for the consult. She explains the process and actually outlines the areas where your brows should be. If you decide to proceed, you then make an appointment for the microblading. This appointment takes approx. 1 1/2 hours. I will admit that it is slightly uncomfortable when she first starts but she then adds a numbing cream and you can no longer feel it. You then make your appt for approx 6 weeks for a fill. Riki gives you a detailed sheet with what to expect and do over the next few weeks. She also gives you the items needed for the initial few weeks - cleanser, ointment to be applied. You cannot exercise to where you sweat for 2 weeks - you've been warned ladies! LOL - this part was a little frustrating for me but I got my run done in the morning before going and just knew what to expect and thought about long term and how I didn't want to impact the look, plus I just spent all of that money, there was no way I was damaging her awesome work! The second week, I had a little flaking and they were a little itchy. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend going here, if you are considering microblading.

I went to her on May 19th and asked if she could do a grey blend. She said she could. Two and a half weeks later I stopped in last week and showed her my hair which all the color was gone. she scheduled an appointment for today for me. I walked in and she told me the color came out because of the shampoo I used (which I showed her at the time of my visit what I was using) I told her I washed my hair 5 times since I last saw her. I said "well maybe you should sell the shampoo you want your clients to use". I didn't say it meanly. I wash my hair 2 x a week. Ann was very passive aggressive toward me. I left in tears beca she refused to do anything for me and that includes listening. Every time I started to say something she wouldn't let me finish my thought process or sentence. nobody should feel they way i felt when i left there. I can only assume she was out of her depth of her profession and just didn't want to be bothered by me.
