I have such fond memories of shopping at Emaline Brook with my mother, when I was a child. I was always so excited to go after school to look around at the beautiful pottery, the handmade slices of soap, and making my own beaded key chain. The staff and owners were always so kind. I was sad to hear that they have now closed the brick and mortar location but they are still selling things online and allow you to pick them up locally. I look forward to shopping the website soon. read more

History

Established in 1989.

My husband and I made some lamps for Christmas gifts, and this is where it all began...in the basement of our home. A little later on, a little country shop named "Emaline Brook" evolved in this now remodeled basement, and I was "hooked" forever! After a few years, hubby strongly suggested that the shop needed to be closed or moved out of the house, so we had a retail shop built next to our home so all I had to do was walk across the driveway with our miniature schnauzer, and I was at work I have now been in business for about twenty years, have a web site, and also have a gift basket business. I enjoy helping anyone who is just getting started in business because I truly learned from "trial and error".
