Each time it happens, I have to wait for someone to call during business hours in order to get it reset, but then the next time I attempt to use their "It's Me24 Hrs", I have to go through the same frustrating process. This has been going on for months, I have complained about it multiple times, but today when I tried to access my account, it happened again. Not sure if the seemingly blatant disregard of my complaints is related to mismanagement, but if you need online access to your accounts, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

They were a great bank until they switched to corporate. They have taken money out of my mothers…read moreaccount and gave it to the wrong account and made her wait months before getting it back. The only way she was able to get it back was by having to start talking to lawyers. For me they now hold onto every single check I recieve to make sure the check is good even if its from the Government of the State of Michigan. It really is a shame, they were a great bank until they switched.

When I banked here they changed the address on my account to where my dad was living at the time…read morewithout my consent. After I approached them about it they had a private meeting and came up with some excuse about getting a change of address form from the post office. Funny, since he didn't have an account there and I hadn't moved. Needless to say I closed my account immediately.
