Alicia sold my sister and brother in law's house and they were extremely happy with the job she had done for them. I contacted Alicia asking her to represent me. I shared with her my list of criteria for the home. She didn't even flinch. She went to work and soon had put together a list of over 50 listings. I was able to peruse these online and ask to see the ones that appealed to me. We looked at several properties and Alicia found "the one" for me! During the process, she communicated often and kept me informed about what was going on. She put me in touch with an awesome mortgage broker, and a couple of super inspectors. We bought our home with Mari Realty in early 2016 and our agent was Rico Rodriguez. Right off the bat, the guy was very honest and straightforward with us. We were walk-ins around the evening and he showed us a home that very day. We told him what we liked and didn't like and saw a few more houses. Within a week, he found us an amazing house to suit all our needs.
