I don't even know where to begin. This staff/team is purely amazing. I entered here with braces already placed by another doctor but Dr Neagu had a vision and it did not stray away from perfection! I am thankful for their patience with me as we all know that this process is not an easy one but they continuously reminded me to be patient. After 3 years of braces and a double jaw surgery (which btw thank you guys for referring me to an amazing surgeon), I have finally been released from the chains on my teeth and I must say I am so happy with the results. Daughter (10) needed braces/invisalign, and absolutely *hates* dentists. Neagu and her staff (thank you Denise!) made her very comfortable, talked her through it, and made the experience as pleasant as possible for her. This review is for Dr. Lee Im halfway through my treatment here at Embrace and its an appropriate time to finally review my experience here. The staff here are mostly women and they have been nothing but super kind and receptive of questions + concerns. However, Dr. Lee on the other hand is far from being a professional doctor. Dr. Lee is the young and shorter doctor who's usually seen jumping from patient to patient. I'm not sure if this guy doesn't enjoy his job but his unprofessionalism has always been apparent. He inspects my braces, asks questions in insulting manners, and then leaves. He never plans on building relationships with his patients. I've had to check the way he speaks to me because he has ZERO manners. I've seen him talk about other patients and staff, surprised he still has a job. This joke of a doctor REALLY needs extensive training if he wants to reflect the values of Embrace and build any kind of repertoire. If you're a parent reading this, keep an eye on him inspecting your child. Stay away from Dr. Lee unless you want the worst experience from an orthodontist. read more

Two year or more commitment when selecting an office for Braces... it's important to know what others experience as you don't want to be stuck with shitty work. I currently have two patients in this office. Brought my niece for braces and she needed an appliance placed. The appliance broke three days in a row right after walking out of the office. Since our appointment was the last of the day we had to come in for three days in a row. "Oh the technician is new and didn't know how long to put pressure on the glue" We are in month three of treatment and they have not advanced his treatment at all. My son needs a separator and the technicians have made three impressions and have done it wrong all three times. Once the piece gets back from the lab and they tried it on him and it does not fit. I have been having to make visits every two weeks. It's truly upsetting to experience this on a normal time in life but having to bring my son in and exposing not just him but my family during a pandemic it's ridiculous. Not once have I been contacted by a doctor or supervisor with an apology or explanation. Simply it did not fit. I have automatic payments and those have been done accurately and on time. I will keep updating this post to help others. Either the treatment plan goes on without further problems or I will have to change offices. read more

When my daughter started treatment every was good, we always had Saturday appointments since I work M-F. Then all of a sudden they only opened two Saturdays a month making it very difficult to continue treatment as recommended. There were times when we had to skip a month due to no availability. A very big inconvenience, it seem to me that lately they were purposely dragging to take her braces off. In my opinion. The last day of treatment they gave me zero instructions, I didn't know I had to wait till the end of the day to receive her retainers. Very unprofessional of their part, not informing me. I was recommended here by my cousin and I'm very glad I made the decision to get my braces here. Everyone was so nice every time I came. The front desk always worked with my busy schedule. Celine along with the other managers were more than nice, they were wonderful the whole way. My doctor always answered all my questions. If you have an appointment at 1pm, expect to wait til 2-2:30pm. It's like the workers forget about you. My partner had an appointment at 1pm and had to go to another appointment by 3pm and they didn't take him until he asked how much longer, which was almost 1:50pm. LOL why even force you to make an appointment time if you can't even honor it. Maybe these people don't know how to tell time. I see other reviews with the same issue. Your clients' time is valuable. I wouldn't use this clinic ever again. At the beginning everything was great and they treated me like a valued customer and after a few weeks I was just a $$number. Initial evaluation was free, but not really because eventually my insurance was charged for it. The owner, Neagu is rude and occasionally disrespectful. I asked the owner "dr neagu" when treatment would be over and she then asked if my balance was paid off.....she answered me with a question! Rude!!! Unethical!!! She should let her staff deal with the finances- that's why she has personnel. I never have a pleasant conversation with the owner/doctor. Everytime I ask something she looks at me like I'm stupid or as if I am asking a dumb question. She doesn't have patience to explain to the patient or the parents. I believe that for a 4k treatment, I have the right to ask, plus she's the doctor with the degree, not me! I didnt go to school to be an orthodontist therefore I direct any questions and concerns to her- but she acts as if I'm wasting her time. Other times that I've asked treatment questions about my child- she never has concrete/solid answers. Also, most of the dental assistants know what they are doing and others OMG. Nightmares....and worst part they are so busy-doctors instruct them what to do and how to do it, but unfortunately the doctors never return to oversee the finished work (they cant-they are too busy-they are overly booked). Anyways, if you decide to go there I recommend to use other doctors and not Neagu. Oh and try getting an appointment within 4weeks of your appointment as instructed by the doctors- good luck, they are usually taken and booked. Dont be late because they wont see you, but be on time and expect to wait for a long time. Dont nother coning in early, because they wont see you early or ontime anyways. Front desk staff were great. Parking.....oh my Lord! Wont discuss. So, yeah very frustrating experience. I guess I wont be getting a gift for yelping this business. This review has been well thought about for quite a few years now. It has came to the point where their botched job has now affected me now as an adult. Let me start with my background... I am in my twenties now, and was 14 when I got braces with them. Because of their careless, unprofessional, and uneducated practices, the orthodontist - or should is say botcher - ruined my teeth. They managed to make my teeth straight, with a huge consequence. This procedure was done when I was 14. She had them remove two upper teeth to make "space for straightening". What they didn't take into account, seeing as two teeth were now removed from the top and not my bottom, would cause my teeth to now align directly on top of each other. Meaning: My teeth would now chew each other away. Because my 2 1/2 years were up and everything was paid in full, they left it as it was, and there I went, not thinking anything of it. Later on, as I got into my late teens, Dentists and Orthodontists would mention necessary braces to fix this issue. These professionals also mentioned removing teeth is the LAST RESORT an orthodontist's should take, and when this decision is done - they have to match the bottom and remove those as well. Because this is a review site, I will not speak ill of these people who work here. However, they should not be in practice if they can't do their ONE job they so called "went to school for". It is very saddening, to say the least, that because of this woman I now have to fix damages that have been caused, most irreversible. PLEASE, stay away. Even the assistants (as I clearly remember) would leave the brace wires sticking out so lengthy that would rip my cheek apart. As a kid, one doesn't know what these people are doing since we believe these are trained/educated professionals. I leave this review, to warn anyone thinking about coming here for braces. Wonderful customer service and I loved the results of the braces I wore for 2 1/2 years. The only downside is that sometimes they take really long to see you, even with an appointment. Because I work from Monday to Friday, I'd have to leave my job for a couple of hours because of how long they would take. Regardless, they always apologized for the delays and made sure to take their time when they saw me. They didn't rush me. Additionally, the price was not too expensive.
