I showed up for my 1-hour full body, and Polly managed to find and relieve all these knots under my shoulder blades and neck. The second time I made an appointment with Polly I had done something indescribable, where I couldn't turn my head to the left. She listened to my concerns and created a custom massage for me, spending less time on my lower body really focusing on my neck and spinal cord. By the end of the hour, I could look both ways again! I don't remember my masseuse name but she was a bit older near retirement age possibly. After disrobe the table is heated which was nice cause room was bit cold. I requested back & calves for areas to address, she started w warm/hot compress, then oil, then into massage. There was bit of small talk as work done but I think dozed off as it was all very relaxing. When she finished my response was "that was fast" and she says it always is.
