I have to say my first time with this shop is a big disappointment! I asked for adding 4 years to my beloved Boston Marathon jacket. The embroidered numbers are tilted and look ugly. Instead of apologizing for a floppy job, the guy charged me with a hidden 8.5% payment transaction fee! I would have to guesstimate that Embroidery Loft has screen printed, or embroidered, over 3000 products for me in the past 5 years. I have NEVER had a problem with the products, or the ownership; without a doubt the easiest people in the business to deal with. As a sportswear company owner for more than 30 years, I have a lot of choices when it comes to doing my print work. NO ONE HAS TO GO THROUGH WHAT I JUST DID WITH A FOR A OWNER !! I brought my kids softball sweaters to get numbers and names printed at embroidery Loft in methuen. When I picked up the sweaters they where wrong again not to mention that the back of my daughters sweater had ink stains all over them this happen to me at Christmas time also. I asked the woman at the place to have the owner call me it has been 2 weeks since I left the sweater with her and I finally got the owner on the phone today. She told me what she did was right and told me to pick up my sweater and hung up on me. I recommend no one use this place.
