This place ,,,, very non professional business, three different people and no one knows what is going on... went to order coats for our business, left logo and ordered coats, with a older man who was not informative at all I had to ask a lot of questions and when my husband went down there two days later to check the sizes of coats, the lady who couldn't find any paperwork, gave him a total different coat to try on , argued with him that it was the one I ordered, found that sizes were way to big and she told him we'd probably have to pay a restocking fee if they were wrong size?? Our business has brought a very large, complex, and ongoing project to Embroidery Northwest. We regularly visit their shop in person to discuss intricate specifications and have interacted with the majority of their staff. Of the many visits, not once have we had less than a 5 Star interaction and experience. This is also true for the quality of their work, as we've used them for much smaller projects in the past. Before choosing ENW, we looked at the most 'cost efficient' route which brought us to online, long distance vendors. In the end time and cost were not reduced, but quality was- often needing to reject orders and endure back and forth troubleshooting/refunds.
