The salesperson gave me lots of attention and helped me navigate past a pair I didn't like to the perfect pair for me. I think I did better than if I had gone to a dedicated shoe store. The selection was more limited, but the quality was very high, and I was more interested in comfort and durability than stylishness, beyond good solid looks.

I had own a pair in my 20s and wore it until it was completely worn out. I look forward to wearing this with shorts, skirts and jeans. I feel like their rewards program used to be better but it is still a good idea to sign up for one. Mind you I'm educated and clearly know measurements, with being in the millinery business for 37 years. I was informed that I can return it at my cost. No accountability! As I make myself accountable in business to my clients I'm holding anyone I do business with equally accountable. And he didn't seemed to mind when I came back later and said, I thought about putting something else on the hat.He just said sure I can do that. if Paul is not a manager, he should be.
