He was able to repair my computer by cloning the hard drive. He installed the new, faster, hard drive and delivered it to me all in under 2 hours. He also completely cleaned (inside and out) my computer before returning it to me. To say that I recommend Ken and Modern Computer Solutions is an understatement. He saved my day, week, probably month's worth of income that I would have lost if I had to buy a new computer. With chip shortages and skyrocketing inflation, it would probably have cost a fortune to replace it. Maureen handles the customer service with joy and energy and attention to detail. They definitely know a thing or thousand about computers. James will let you know, up front, what MIGHT be going on w any computer issue you're having.
